Hi,
I have order 'all about you' kurta set on Dec 15th, order id #[protected]-6942101 and the same was delivered on Dec 16th. As soon as i open the pack, i could find only kurta, skirt and dupatta were missing.
I have raised complaint next minute (Dec 16th) and customer care assured that they will fix this issue by Dec 19th.
Dec 19th when i reached them, they said my complaint has been declined and when i asked to transfer call to their manager they kept me on long HOLD and no one returned back.
I'm a privileged mytra customer from years and spent thousands of rupees buying their products. For the first time when i raised a complaint, they were so careless and irresponsible.
Please refund the amount 2144 rupees that i have paid . I'm taking this matter very serious and looking for a positive response.
