Myntra.com — money deducted but couldn't see order under order tab or even don't get any confirmation mail

It happened twice. I placed an order for 2414 rs and order successfully placed and money got debited and also reward points were also given to me. But when i saw the order tab to track my order it dint show my order details. So i contacted the customer care they said the amount will be refunded again i placed the order the same thing happened. What's wrong with myntra
