Myntra.com — money deducted from airtel wallet, but order didn't get placed.

I was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 19th august 2019 and i was making the payment rs 1504.65 through airtel money wallet. Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care. This is totally disgusting... I called them 5-6 times..

I am attaching copy of the screenshot, clearly showing that the payment was made and the transaction number was generated.
