Hello Team,
I tried to place ome order on 29th June, 2022 for amount of INR 3913.55 but order did not get placed but my money got debited from my account. I used SBI bank upi payment mode to make the payment. I got message from myntra that order was not successful and if the money is deducted from the account it will get refunded within 72 hrs but I didn’t get my money back. After that I raised a complaint on myntra for same issue and they told that they haven’t received the payment and asked me to check with the bank team. I checked with the bank and they told me that money was received successfully by the merchant account, i.e., Myntra after that I again reached out to myntra and they again told they haven’t received the payment and told to check with bank again. I want to register a complaint please help me regarding this.
