I had cancelled one of the product, cancellation was done on 1st dec.
when I didn't receive it with in 2-3 days I need to take some action as per their site amount should reflect instantly.
I called customer care and they asked me to wait for 10 working day which I did too even when the issue was not resolved I called again
Now they are saying wait till 22nd dec to get an update from end
and from that update they meant we will give reference to check with your bank.
If it is just about to get the reference number it can be provided instant ly and for that they want me to wait till 22nd dec.
and apart from this nothing was taken care.
Executive has repeatedly provided misinformation they have misleaded by giving the wrong information.
IF they were just looking to give reference number that can be provided instantly.just for that they asked me to wait for 10 days.
This is unacceptable behaviour as they keep customer waiting for so long.Our effort and time gets in and no cost for that is paid.
If they are not paying me for parking my time how could they ask me to wait till 22nd dec.
And Customer Care Executive has marked the issue as resolved even it was not resolved.
