Myntra.com — Money lost

I ordered top but i received another top from same brand.I created return for the product delivery person came took the product saw and returned the product back to me and said I'll come next day to pickup what is the problem in this.I said i got another top from same brand and he went back what the hell is this.I just want to know they seriously don't know about return reason.Its 1st time with me he came and asked the reason and went back.I have never faced such issue with flipkart, ajio, amazon
