I had purchased 3 products on myntra on 1st Nov 2021.
My amount was deducted but order was not placed as there was some network issue at payment gateway.
I called Myntra they said amount would be reached within 2-3 business working days.
I waited and then again called back to Myntra they said again same thing pls connect with the bank and check plus Myntra team is saying they have received the amount aswell but check with bank for refund
.
Now it’s been a week and still I am struggling with Myntra and pathetic service they are providing to customers.
No assistance no help.
Logical thing
If amount has been received by Myntra then give me my order or refund on my Myntra cash. Why will bank give me amount if bank knows amount is received by Myntra.
Bank would have given me the amount only if it was not received by Myntra
Pls help me I am not getting Any help
