Myntra.com — money stuck with myntra

I have made a payment on myntra through airtel payments bank using ibibo web pvt ltd. However the payment got debited from airtel bank but order wasn't confirmed on myntra. Myntra customer service is telling to contact airtel payments bank and airtel payments bank is telling to contact myntra. Still no update regarding the refund.

Got a mail from Airtel payments bank

This is to apprise you that as per our telephonic conversation on 28/07/2019 at 10:28, we have checked and found that the transaction ID [protected] was successful on 21/07/2019 from our end. We request you to contact your respective merchant by providing following details:
