I ordered a palazo on 28 feb 2019, when I received the order, the MRP tag was missing in the packet and on the product itself. I didn't like the product so when I requested for return and the pick up boy came, he refused to take it since the tag was absent. When I emailed the very company they replied saying my request put on hold due to quality issue. I mailed them again, they again replied the same thing. I wasted my 1400 something to this company. When such infamous companies do not put the price tags, why should the customers pay for it, whose mistake is it ?
