Myntra.com — multiple products/unsatisfactory service thus not able to receive products

Address: Plot number 160 flat number 7, Udyog namdeep apartment garkheda parisar ulkanagar, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, 431005

This problem started in the starting of this year. As i am a working woman it is not possible fir me to be available at home to collect the products always. Thus it is the fourth or fifth instance with me that my product was delivered to me and returned to origin without my knowledge and then when i talk to customer service about it they have a single answer that as it is returned to origin we cannot do anything about it. It is the height as this pathetic service provided by mantra has lead to several calls and my time wastage. I will like this matter to be looked seriously and need the result as soon as possible.
