Yesterday I received a call from Myntra courier ph # [protected] at 6.41pm, that there is a return request on my package which I never placed .I explained to courier guy that I never placed the order so he informed that he will place the cancellation on the order . Meanwhile I cancelled the return request on my Myntra mobile app . But I received another call from the same person at 7.10 pm from ph# [protected] that he cancelled the order .
Post that I tried to access my Myntra app on my iPad & mobile app but I am unable to access my account . It is hacked & someone else is using my account under some another mobile number & email Id.after reaching out to Myntra & informing that I have all the documentation about my purchase this is surely a account hack & need immediate action. But Myntra tech team as usual told me that they will take 3 working day ? I have my credit in Myntra account & also my cards are attached on the app . It is disappointing the way Myntra handle the whole issue .
