Myntra.com — my account is locked without any reason

While calling them they say they will resolve it in 2 days and it has been 25 days now
They are not giving my refund and have locked my account
I tried logging in with my friends account to check whether the app has issue due to rain
But then all accounts i tried on my phone got locked. Without any reason. They re not able to specify anything regarding that. Also, i am a regular customer. I ordered few products from a specific brand. No product of that brand had a price tag. 3 of them were not up to the quality so i placed return which they have sent me back without refund cause they did not contain a price tag, which the brand itself doesn’t provide. My money is stucked with them. Also other products which i hve ordered i cannot check the status. And if i want to exchange other products i cannot log in.
Please help with this issue. They say i will get reply within 48 hours but its been 25 days now.
