Myntra.com — my account locked without any reason, after taking payment of 1500

Address: Gurgaon, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400053

I have placed order of belt and one kurta set on myntra.com on 5th aug 2019 and paid through net banking rs. 1500.
Now i am trying to login its shows your account locked contact to customer care. Customer care number not reachable at all the time.
They have not informed anything on my email or phone number.
