Myntra.com — my account suspended without my information, my balance huge lying there

Since yesterday we were trying to login in our account but it failed. We made complaint. They told us to update app and try forgot password. By that time my cart was showing with my myntra insider elite member account. But thereafter suddenly we got email of my account suspended. We immediately contacted customers care, maahima was speaking, she told she don't have any information. I asked her to talk to senior management. First she told me to hold, then she told to wait for 24 hours. Then they ask for proof of add money. We gave that also. Now they say wait for another 72 hours. What we have to do.
