My myntra account was hacked last night, it had credit balance of 3500 something and i had ordered items but the hacker canceled my order and used the refunded credit to buy his goods. Morning 4 am i got message that from my myntra some one from delhi has order 4 items, firtaky i cancelled them, called up myntra they could not understand the emergency and all they said was to reset my password, i did that. I called them again to tell that let me speak to a supervisor for my mobile number was compromised and the hacker was using my number for what all things i don't know, i got 67 messages from 4am to 4.30 am, regarding otp and what not. But the myntra personal didnot take it seriously told me to call after 9 am, i called them again and spoke to a supervisor by that time the hacker again reordered the same items. I got it cancelled i requested the myntra supervisor called aman to escalate this and send me an email confirmation that my account is been handled by a third person and to temporarily block it but again if no use. Because of myntra i'm afraid my personal details, address, card details everything is now. Compromised and this people don't take it seriously and are not at all helping.
