Yesterday I couldn’t receive the order as i was busy but later at evening I called that agent several times and he said that he will deliver it again tomorrow by 1 pm and he said that he will send otp number to me and give that otp to him
I said as he said i gave him that otp but later i got to know that he canceled my order by using that otp
I didn’t want to cancel my order. Then when i called him to deliver my order he used slang words with me, he said it’s wrong number this and that. Is this the way you treat with customers? His number is +[protected]
