This is Ravi from Visakhapatnam, the issue I was facing was :
I have ordered 2 trousers and 2 jeans from Myntra app on[protected] at around 2 :00 p.m
But the issue was i was just to login before making an order and i was done with payment through Zest money app and the payment was successful
So after payment the app asked me about the login details and just logged in with my phone number and then I linked my Google account with the phone number in the Myntra app
Then I got a pop up showing you are not authorised to see this order
I have just open the orders in myntra app
I was unable to see the orders i have placed and the amount was debited through Zest money
So here is the Transaction ID and the order ID given by the zest money customer support
Transaction ID: [protected]A
Order ID. :[protected]
These are the ID they have provided me
So please kindly give a confirmation that the order was placed successfully or else it was not placed. If the order was not placed please send me the confirmation mail to my mail i.e. [protected]@gmail.com.
So that I can request the zest money to cancel the transaction.
Kindly please assist me and resolve my problem as soon as possible
