Myntra.com — my product is undelivered

I ordered coral colour pant from myntra, my product was supposed to be delivered
By 12th september. On tracking it show your product will be delivered on 12th... Then i didn't got any call and status showing customer refused as i tracked my order... Same thing repeated twice... I already paid for this order.. Why would i refuse??.. I m very disappointed.. Respond
