Myntra.com — my product was picked up on 4 july 2019 but i haven't got the refund

I ordered a product from myntra but it was not upto the mark so i requested returning it and the product was picked up on 4th july 2019 and myntra shows that refund is processed successfully but it isn't showing up in my bank account.
Its been more than a month, myntra should fix it as early as possible.
