I order a blackberry suit from myntra and received on 19/02/2022 Order ID # 1197051 [protected] Within half n hour, I registered for refund because the product quality was not branded and seems to be fake. On 19th feb itself pickup agent called me for pickup but as I left for my work, I returned on 20th Feb in the morning, The pickup agent who came to pick up the order also confirmed that product is in good condition with all tags intact but now myntra is saying that tags are missing. Also the pickup agent has blocked my call and not answering. Pl suggest what should I do. I am felling cheated as I have been the privileged customer and i require the outfit for my sister's wedding.
