Complaint marked as Resolved My return and refund is accepted finally. But, still I have a feeling that the initiation taken because of my complaint and escalation. This is not an appropriate approach. I felt very insultant and irritated while talking to Myntra Customercare. They could have easily address the issue positively and promptly. Anyway thanks for the intervention.
