[Resolved]  Myntra.com — my return item put on hold without any reason

I had 2 delivery and 2 return. Delivery agent not ready to accept coin even it's 10 rupees coin. When i told them in myntra rules and regulations, it's not mentioned, he is saying our cpm is not accepting coins so i can't take. If that the case, then mynta should specify all the things in terms and conditions. He started arguing and even without feedback not ready to deliver the item.
Because of this problem he did not accept return and put my return on hold. And such type goons also getting prompted in myntra who are pressuring customer to give feedback infront of them.
