Myntra.com — my return order has been delivered to myntra address, but they declined my return order request

My order no.[protected]-3211001
I placed return order of crocs kids shoes due to size problem.
Myntra approve the return order request and sent ecom express to pick it up.
They have been delivered already. And the ecom airway bill no.[protected].
However, myntra declined my return request for no reason.

I lost my shoes and money.
Hope myntra can solve the problem.
