Dear Sir,
It is very disappointed with the service facility from Myntra.
My item picked up by your delivery executive on dt. 07.11.2021 evening around 7 p.m and don't get any picked up message from your end after receiving return item and again next day on Dt.08.11.2021 another guy come to my adress for pick up of same return request item.
After return item taken from me while I am contacted with customer care executive and told them about this incident they told me within dt. 13.11.2021 they will be intimate me about the status but till date no one contact with me.
After that when I am contacting with the person who picked my return he gave a tracking id "MYNR[protected]" and told me to again contact with the Myntra customer care to know more about my return and refund of my return item amount but again customer care not gave any solution about my problem and gave me a message on there help center that as per there record still the item not picked up by any delivery person.
Then yesterday I am personally visit the local ekart office in Bhubaneswar center and asking them about my return and share them the tracking ID and they told me the item which return from me already reached at seller point and for your reference I am sharing you in attachment.
Hence, request you kindly check details and refund my money to my bank account.
