I had ordered several times from myntra. But this time, in one of my order i had to suffer a lot. I had ordered a libas women black anarkali kurta (Order no[protected]-1428503) worth rupees 1032.15 on 9th of august. I had not received the product. However, it is shown as delivered to me. I had raised a complaint regarding that on 13th of august. I called customer care several times but they said we are checking, we are checking again and again. Then on 19th august i got a mail

As per your claim, product "libas women black printed anarkali kurta" was missing from the package of the above mentioned order.
Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. Post reviewing your case, we see that the product was shipped post a stringent quality check in a properly sealed package.
We have also received a confirmation from our logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.
We regret to inform you that the claims stands declined.

I had now called so much and requested them to refund me for the product that is not handed over to me. But, they are saying, we understand that you didn't received the product but we can not do anything from myntra once the request is declined. I am unable to understand who can such a big company cheat and put a deaf ear to complaint's of such a frequent customer.
If there is some missing person you as a company having thousands of employees can not bear and you are are expecting customer to bear it. Missing product is not a big thing, it can happen but the way myntra team take it and is not ready to resolve the problem and refund or deliver the product is a big problem. Not resolving customers query and putting a deaf ear to it is a very shameful act at thier part.
I hope my complaint can be a lesson to myntra and help to those who had to suffer. I am expecting honest solution and refund to me as well as other customers struggling with same problem.
Myntra you lost the place as a first shopping option in my heart and i request you to stop troubling and fooling people :- (.
