Myntra.com — Myntra.com is not providing my refund

I placed an order with myntra.com and they delivered me the wrong product which was immediately returned by me. I received a mail and confirmation that my amount of refund which id Rs. 1150/- has been credited to my debit card on 19.03.2022 and the same will be reflected to my account within 10 days. The reference id provided by them was 75503722079014267211431 for the said refund. I have not received any amount and when I contacted with my concerned bank which is SBI, the bank manager told me that the reference number provided by myntra.com is of no use for tracing the refund transaction and asked for a valid transaction number to trace the refund amount. When again I contacted myntra.com they forwarded me the same email again with the above quoted reference number which has been twice submitted by me to my bank customer care and no such amount has been reflected in bank account till date. Myntra.com is not providing correct reference number or there has been no refund initiated or transferred by them otherwise it would have been traced by the bank.
