I have ordered for zaveri pearls gold-toned floral stone-studded bracelet-one size. But when my mom opened it, the package was empty.
Enclosed are the pictures of the same.
In the myntra app i couldn't find any option to raise this complaint rather than just return and exchange. However, in the faqs i found about pilferage usage but nowhere mentioned how to raise the complaint. As i'm an nri customer i'm not able to contact them over the phone. But for any queries, the team can contact in the local number provided in my myntra profile.
