I have ordered woodland shoes, I tried the shoes when i am back from office on the same day, as it didn't fit me and I didn't like the fit, I placed the return on the same day.
After the pick up was successful, I received a message saying my return request was " out on hold" as it failed to pass quality check.
I called up customer care and they informed that the quality check failed, how come they can claim that the product is used if the return is placed the same day? I have not used the didn't like it on me hence returning the product, I tried customer care multipletimes and I didn't receive any proper response or resolution and they mentioned the product will be shipped again to be in next 48 hours, and why they want to reship unwanted product,
And I mentioned concern that I won't be avail or next 10days, still no resolution or input received.what is the logic or some common sense is missing in reshaping the unwanted product. I have ordered with myntra many times with myntra, this is the worst customer experience I am having and not receiving resolution. As I have not used my product and I didn't like the fit, I want my refund. Was this information helpful? |
