I had ordered a shoes (PUMA Hoops Unisex White &Red Clyde All-Pro Team Mid-Top Basketball Shoes, Size: 9) on 18th december from myntra. It arrived early (20th sept). I tried the shoes out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that same day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was done on next day 21st December 2021. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed.
Next day I got a message that failed in quality check. How it would be failed in quality check when I never use that product it means you send me a defective or damaged product. I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund. Was this information helpful? |
