My return was rejected by Myntra. I have ordered jacket from Myntra's website and received damaged one. It had cuts at folded places and at shoulders around collar. So I created a return request, and the return got rejected saying "it did not pass quality check". How come it passed when I received it is beyond my comprehension.
Technical Details -- I ordered(orderid[protected]-7431303) the Jacket on 2nd Nov 2021, received it on 6th Nov evening, opened it on 7th Nov and when realized it is old/damaged requested return(returnid [protected]) immediately. Asked to wait till reshipping of product to me, received on 22nd Nov.
When they rejected the return I created issue on Myntra and Customer Support contacted me and said the same thing(it did not pass quality check). I told them about the situation that I received it that way and they said they will investigate further once it is reshipped( which was a trap). After I received the reshipped product, I created the issue again. This time they replied in chat saying their investigation revealed it was a fresh product(which they did in 10 minutes without looking at the product) and closed the issue. I reopened the issue multiple times and they kept on closing copying and pasting the same message again and again. I contacted the customer support by calling and again same thing(saying they investigated and it was a fresh product), I shared the images of product but nobody from Myntra wanted to even look at those. I don't know what kind of investigation they did, but by looking at the images of product I received anybody can tell this is an old jacket which has cuts on upper layer(added images).
I requested a Superviser call from Myntra Customer Support and he also repeated same things which really annoyed me.
To summarize the issue, I received a damaged Jacket, I requested a return and it got rejected, I contacted Myntra Customer Support, which was no help at all. They told me to keep the damaged Jacket after paying 2k.
Please help.
