I ordered a white dress on Myntra on December 12th, 2021 and I received the product on December 16th, 2021 and I tried the dress once and the fit wasn't good. So, I applied for return of the dress on the same day(December 16th, 2021) and the return was picked up on 17th December, 2021 morning and that night itself I got a mail stating that the return is "put on hold" because of quality check and I was so shocked. So, I called the customer executive on 18th December, 2021(today) and he told he will raise a complaint regarding this and cut the call. Within few minutes, I am getting a mail that the "Return is Rejected". I am so shocked and no one is giving a proper explanation. The product was applied for return on the same day it delivered and I just tried it once and because of fit issues I raised for return immediately and how can they classify such product has used/damaged.
Please help me on this refund of this unfair rejection done by Myntra
