I m a regular customer of myantra. I kept 1000
Rs in myntra account. And i am unable to do the purchase in that account, as per customer support instruction i am creating new account with same register mobile number, and they told transfer the amount into the new account. But still they didn't done. Frequency i am rising the issue and they didn't response. Finally i decide to delete the myntra app and inform to myntra irresponsible of customer to social media.

My return was picked up successfully after quality check at door step. Price tag and everything was checked at the time of reverse pick up but later on the courier guy lost the tag in transit and my return has been rejected.
How can you held customer responsible for courier guys fault.
