Myntra.com — Myntra Credit amount not showing

I have returned some cloths. And got credit of 3141 Rs. Now It's showing 0 amount in credit. I have checked with customer care they are saying credit valid for one year. Why they are not calling person to use it other wise it will lapse. At least they should credit it in account. This is worst policy in Myntra. Who give you rights to take the customers money.
