My return for order no. 115225200340296928003 was picked up finally after days and days of calling and talking to the customer care executives and raising complaints after complaints on the 24th of November 2020, but for which the Myntra credit is not updated/ reflected in my Myntra Account yet.
Another order ID no. 115634427529925698203 was placed of the 4th of November 2020 for which I used my previous Myntra Credit as payment of the same, but it has not been shipped yet, even after 22-23 days since I’ve placed the order. The customer care executives seems to be of no help at all. It really comes of as utter disappointment and losing faith in Myntra as a whole. Was this information helpful? |
