Myntra.com — myntra credit points are not reduced in main bill

I had an amount of 263 rupees in my myntra credit and used it today during my other order... During placing the order it was correctly reduced... But after placing the order while checking in the order details... The myntra credit of 262 is added to main bill... Of total.. Why is the myntra credit points added instead of subtraction.. I ordered from myntra worth Rs 2168 and my money got debited but the order was not placed. Now the customer service is telling me to wait for a couple of days but still my money has got refunded. This is absolutely not acceptable. Myntra is cheating on thier customers.
