Myntra.com — myntra credits

My myntra credit got hacked and someone made a fraudulent purchase worth 2700 rs and got it delivered to their address... When i called customer service to complain, their response is please lodge a complain to your nearest cybercell and they will follow!... Still no steps taken to protect the customers or resolve their problems... Instead putting it on us to fight out the company's mistakes... Has got to be someone internal doing this fraud... Also they do not care about it they said if you are not happy with this then this is your call.. Could you please help in getting this fraud resolved and take strict action and if possible help to get my money return.
