This is my personal experience i placed an order on 15/03/2022 and product not delivered but in myntra account its showing deliverd.Frequently called to many support employees in myntra and explained them my concern, they will hold our call by saying we are discussing with higher manager 's .. after some time they will tell tey can't do anything for this.
Email proof: from myntra which they declined to refund my money. These all are illegal and cheating things doing by myntra..No response from Higher manager 's also. On 2022 February 14th i ordered 3 items worth 2052 rupees from Myntra. On Saturday (20/03/2022) they delivered only 2 items to my address. One item was missing cost of 1199 and they send me the tax invoice of the missing item, same day i called delivery guy he said it's not their problem you can contact customer care. Same time i called customer service and informed about missing item, they said they will check and clear my complaint. After 2 days no reply from there and simply they put one message that they can't do anything for this and they closed my compliant. Again i contacted customer service they told me to upload photo of the packet so i did that, after sometime again they send one message that they cannot do anything for this. Many times i contacted customer service but they didn't solve my problem. They are not willing to send the product or refund my money.
