[Resolved]  Myntra.com — myntra doing fraud and not refunding my money even after one month of follow-ups.

So I bought a BEEVEE black cargo pant of Rs. 844 on 12/05/2019 on try and buy and returned it on the same day as the product colour was different. Myntra told that they initiated the refund on 15/05/2019 and it has been more than one month, it has not been credited into my account. On enquiring about the refund they told to send them all my bank details with the bank statement. I mailed them everything and they told me to get in touch with my bank and provided me with a reference no. and a link to raise a dispute. I raised a dispute against my bank, the bank responded that they haven't received the money.

The customer care at myntra is really bad. Everytime I call them to ask about my refund I get the same reply from them.
