I ordered product (Order number[protected]-3247901) on 21th june'19 and the delivery date was 29th june'19 but still today i. E.12 july'19 the product has not yet delivered. A team leader named ananya from myntra customer support said that your complain has been forwarded to case manager on priority and i will get an update within 24 hour (I. E. Yesterday) but still no mail or message from myntra at all.
Does myntra really serious about the customer service or they are just interested in funding to increase the valuation of the company.
