Definately i haven't had this kind of arrogant behavior from any of the e-commerce sites.You are the worst e-commerce site i've ever used.Your customer care executives are very unprofessional and unhelpful.They don't talk to the customers politely and nicely and i've the proof of that entire conversation which i am going to upload and publish on all social media sites(i.E. Facebook+ twitter+youtube+ telegram+snapchat+ instagram etc) including myntra(your all social portals) after listening that recording people will be able to judge that they really want that to be happen with them in future which has happened to me. I've been doing shopping from myntra for 4-5 years during that entire shopping sessions i've bought enormous amount of products in other words i was totally depended on myntra for clothing+ accessories+footwear+inner wear for each and every thing. It's been a while when i went to offline shops for clothing and it must be considered that definitely there will be exchange/return in correspondence of bulk purchas ing and many times i got used product/stained products/wrong products delivered and sizing/fitting/colouring and lot's of other issues were there and social media is filled with this kind of myntra fraud content if you don't believe just go on you tube and type myntra fraud then you will get to know your real worth that is the proof in my case as i am a genuine and loyal customer and most importantly you(myntra+ logistics) did mistakes and why will customer bear your unethical behavior of yours and definitely in those cases customer will utilise his right to return and it's obvious that being a customer no one will keep wrong products and definitely he/she will return that products and because of returning the products myntra has blocked my account.So myntra just be customer centric and before judging the customers first judge your mistakes and services which you are providing to customers.Put yourself on customer's place then you will be able to understand what kind of trouble i faced just because of your profit centric policies.You(myntra) don't think about the customers, you just think about your profit, ultimately you are not going to survive for long term in this industry because many giants are also here who provide better services than yours and if the customers are in trouble definitely your business will be wind up very soon.If i were a fraud customer i would definitely create a different account and do fraud activities from that account and don't put too much efforts (by writing this and calling multiple times to customer care who puts the call for long term hold)for getting my account unblocked.I am conscious about my rights, data, time and efforts (my wishlists+my order details for accounting purpose+my myntra credits & points)which are the result of my long term usage and trust on myntra but you have broken the customer trust and you have to pay for it.I literally begged to customer care executives for unblocking my account mant times but they gave me arrogant response and the entire customer community will listen that and definitely they will keep them on my place because we all are the customers and they will definitely feel the pain and trouble which i have right now just because of myntra and this is not the happy thing for any e-commerce site.Thanks for our government for introducing customer empowerment policies and definitely i'll utilise my right against you because i am genuine and alert customer and don't let it to be happen with others.If my account([protected]@gmail.Com) has not been unblocked within 48 hours then i'll definitely file a case on consumer court against you.#digital_india #myntrafraud #namo #alert_consumer #v_r_indianconsumer.
