I had purchased myntra gift card and redeemed on my myntra accoutn. Now at the time of purchase it was asking for OTP and OTP was only sent by them on email. I was not receiving my email while inquired with customer care, i was told my email id has typo error so I need to create new account to get credit of myntra gift card. I created new account and inform myntra customer care. Their support executive has suspended both of the account due to which credit has not transferred. While asking for update, I was kept told by their support team that your issue will resolved latest by 10th of June 2019. While talking to their customer care executive, customer care escalation supervisor and customer care escalation manager, I was surprisingly told that as per myntra policy they can not reactive account even though it was mistake of their person. I will have to create new account again and they will transfer my credit within 24 hours. Thinking there is no choice, I created the same and informed them. It is more then two days I spoke to them couple of time but still there is no resolution and only false commitment.
What a worst and ridiculous services provided by them. Never ever purchase anything from them because their customer care services is like harassment to their customer. I am putting my this complain with expectation of quick resolution and also to make other people aware before buying anything from myntra. Was this information helpful? |
