I had order Myntra e-gift card on 15th November, 2021
It was pre-paid payment and 800 INR was debited and received by Myntra instanatly.
A valid gift card was to be received through email which should contain gift card number, PIN and expiry date.
But till date I have not received any such email from Myntra.
Ideally, Gift Card number should also be updated under "My Profile", on Myntra website. But that is also not updated.
I have neither recieved any e-gift card with card number and PIN through email nor on Myntra Website/Application.
Please resolve this issue.
