I had ordered a Jeans of brand Pepe, I have received a used product of some other brand and within 1 hour of delivery I have escalated to the support and placed a request for return, now the pickup person is saying he cannot take the product because it is used. That is the reason why I have placed return request, how can myntra even force us to take a used product and not return our money.
When I escalated the issue again and my account was blocked and I cannot return the product. So myntra wants me to pay for a used product of different brand because of some loophole in your system.
Most importantly the quality check team which boasts of sanity checks in these COVID times has sent me used product.
