I am attaching the mail as it is that i have sent to myntra. They refuse to return my product as because i have clicked on some popup on there app through which the insider points were collected against the product. I was not even aware of these insider points the pop up appeared and by mistake i have clicked on it. Now as there is no solution that the product could be exchanged/returned, this insider point policy is i guess introduced to fool customer. Even the computer ask while shutting down when you click onto that do you want to shut down yes or no. This app just had a popup on which i clicked and now the return is not possible. The jeans does not fit me and the product quality is not satisfactory. I called and complaint. They are not providing any solution. They just told me you have clicked so we can refund. What am i suppose to do with this jeans now. Its of no use to me. Mr ankur informed me there is no solution to it next time i should not click. If i had the idea am i stupid enough that i would claim 99points which is not of any use to me i already have 200points more which is of no use. My money is more valuable than these points. Which is feel i have wasted by ordering from myntra. No other online shopping site does these tricks to fool customers. I would recommend people not to get fooled by such websites.
