I placed an order of Tommy Hilfiger Olive Green Scanton Fit Chinos, but I didn't like the colour of the product that's why I wanted to return it, but I don't know why my return was put on hold saying that the product is wrong by the pickup boy, then I even shared image of the product to Myntra for approval as the product was not different it was the same that was ordered but as I didn't like it I was returning but my request was declined. Now I want to cancel my return request inorder to place a new one, I am unable to do that. The product had a 30 day return policy which is till 24th of March, 2022. So I must get return option till the promised date.
