I am writing this for your quick attention to my issue which ongoing for a really long time. I have been following up with Myntra and ICICI bank on my issue for more than two months now, with no positive outcome.
Just to brief about the issue again, I have tried placing an order with Myntra on 31st of March 2019, which got failed but the amount of 2555 has been debited from my account. After following up with Myntra I was informed that since Myntra has not received the said amount of 2555 I was told to connect with my bank and get an email confirmation that amount 2555 has been credited to Myntra merchandise. As directed by Myntra, I reached out to my bank and got the required confirmation on email clearly stating that amount 2555 has been debited from my account and successfully credited to Myntra Merchandise. Now even after providing the necessary confirmation email from my bank, I was again given an reply that Myntra has not received the amount and I need to check with my bank. I m mentally tired to get my own money back . I m really tired calling Myntra
I seriously urge to please help me in getting track of my money. I m providing all the necessary-details about the order below, also attaching all the email conversations and my follow ups that will give you some insight of how much I m struggling to get back my own money.
