Myntra.com — myntra not accepting exchange of damaged product delivered.

I was delivered my order on the very 2nd day after ordering. The product i received was slightly damaged and i put the request for an exchange instantly. Their delivery partner came with the product for exchange just the next day but did not accept the product as it was damaged. The contact service being answered artificially by a system is not at all useful as they seem to have received no information while their delivery partner has already put the complaint for which i've not even received a confirmation!
I didn't expect receiving a damaged product form myntra & then not accepting the product which was requested for exchange instantly after being delivered!
