Happy to share with you, today I have finally got my defective products returned to http://Myntra.com.
Even though it was a long battle from my side, I acknowledge the contribution of a few of the Myntra customer service personnel, without whom this wouldn't have been possible. I would like to acknowledge publicly them. You can also share this with your team as a token of my appreciation & gratefulness.
1. Ms. Priyanka (Myntra Callback Champion, whom I would like to mention, was one of the first representatives I had a positive response from.)
2. Ms. Meenakshi (another Myntra callback champion, also like to acknowledge that she was the first one to actually ask me questions regarding my problem & was willing to listen to my concern in depth.)
3. Ms. Savita Dhani (a leader in every way, and an excellent communicator from the Escalation department, Bangalore.)
4. Mr. Jude, same.
5. Mr. Aijaz Ahmed, same.
6. Finally Mr. Prayash from the Escalation Department, who called me this afternoon at 3 pm to give me the good news. :)
Last, but not least, I also like to appreciate the Social Media team, Facebook &Twitter handles of http://Myntra.com for their really quick & efficient responses over DMs etc.
Truly appreciate it.

As a quick update to my concern for quality check-return-refund concern & query to Myntra.com, I would like to update you that I spoke to one of their customer call inquiries team members an hour back. On a positive note today, hoping that she can help me to process my concern & query and bring a solution to my problem. I want to get the defective products picked and start my refund process.
I can share the name of your staff person. I appreciate the efforts by your team member, once again.
