Myntra.com — Myntra not refunding money

I had ordered a dress(street 9, beige colour) which was delivered to me on 23rd september by Myntra. I tried the dress out but due to quality issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return and it was picked up on 10th October. No tags were torn or anything that came with the product. I even preserved the package it came. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". I called up the customer care and they informed me that according to quality check "the product has been used". I can swear i have not used the product. Even the product which was returned back was in the original condition as it came. No tag was torn, no zippers were broken, there was no stain, no odour, nothing. It was perfectly new. It was very surprising to me Myntra would do such a thing. On top of that they are not refunding my money which is a Rs 1k+ costly dress. I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing.

Now i feel like i have been cheated. Now i have a product with me which i don't want and not only can i not return back but my money has been taken and not refunded. In the app it is mentioned 30 days easy refund but I am not getting back my refund. Moreover i am made to go through false accusations and wrongfully cheated. What if it was a defective product? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! I want the refund.

I raised complaint. They escalated my issue, saying reinvestigation will be done, but they did not take back the product for reinvestigation. According to them they will reinvestigate on basis of "images they already had". After continuous follow ups, they asked me for pictures of the product. I uploaded the pictures clearly showing that the product condition is good as new. Next day(16th October) they closed the case without prior communication to me, with the same message "product has been used, be sure to not tear any tags before returning".

Now i feel cheated, exhausted and humiliated after chasing the issue for so long, that too for no reason of my own. More over my money seems to be gone now.
