I ordered timex watch from myntra. When i received the product, box was broken and i found watch intact but inauthentic. I returned the item and they picked up on april 9 and i was promised to get refund by april 14. But today is april 18. I am calling them on their helpline daily. Everyday they are telling me to wait for 24 hours. I am fed up with their excuses. Myntra is cheating customers. Return number: [protected] Refund amount is 3041 rs Was this information helpful? Apr 23, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After having so much hassle and headaches at last I got my money back. Believe me I am never going to buy anything from Myntra.com in future. They sell fake products, tools and cheats customers. And they have pathetic return service and don't ask about customer care support. They are terrible. I am warning others also not to trust Myntra. BEWARE. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
